A targeted service to bring the property for tourist rental up to standard. We are responsible for issuing CIN–CIR codes and registering with the Alloggiati Web portal, ensuring a departure compliant with current regulations.

Restyling Project

A complete space design service, designed to enhance the property. It includes layout, style, color palette, furniture optimization and intervention planning. The budget is agreed with the owner and includes supplier coordination, property preparation, final staging, and professional photography.

A support service for interior design and the purchase of apartment furnishings and accessories. We support the customer in defining choices and coordinating purchases, in continuity with the Restyling Project. Service life: 3 months.

Similar service dedicated to villas, with particular attention to space, proportions and functionality. We support the client in interior design and furniture selection, ensuring stylistic consistency and quality. Service life: 3 months.

Management and coordination of small construction works and maintenance work up to 10,000 euros. We are responsible for collecting estimates, coordinating local artisans, and supervising work, such as painting, replacements, light plant modifications, and functional interventions. Maximum duration: 30 days.
