Palaia (Pi)From this renovation we obtained 90 prestigious apartments from a 17th Century majestic medieval village. All the properties have been offered on the international market and sold to North European or American customers. It is currently considered one of the best Italian resorts managed by an international company. Palaia (Pi)A breathtaking historic castle located in the Upper Valdera countryside. After a complete renovation we obtained 25 houses, subsequently sold on both national and international markets.

BORGO PALMIERINA
Castelfalfi (Fi)Amazing country houses located on the edge of the well-known Castelfalfi Golf Club. After a renovation, we sold them exclusively to English and Russian customers. It turned out to be an incredible investment for buyers; initially sold for 3,000 € per square meter, are now valued at least 6,000 € per square meter.
